As Gwain creeps carefully through dark hallway, he notices that Thistle's pace has slowed and that her gaze is ominously unfocused. Expecting the worse, Gwain takes Thistle's arm and guides them both to be flush against the fortress wall. "Hey, snap out of it!" he demands in a worried whisper "This is no time for daydreaming!"
