We will be looking to get a feel for the city first and foremost. There must be groups in the city still loyal to the nobility and finding them will be our first steps towards achieving our goals. This may not be the Espiegel but everyone still has a say in course of action. I vote some stay here to watch over supplies and items that are dangerous to bring into the city.
