Haven't used her yet since I can't raise her any higher than 40. As to why I rolled for her, I like her design. I probably won't roll much and only save my gems for characters from Honkai that they transplant into Genshin like they did with Baal.
Edit: Also it appears people are harassing Kokomi's chinese voice actress to the point she has to limit her streaming activities. God I hate fandom at times.
