DekaruThe continued adventures of not Vikings
#88
Robillard, doing his best to ignore his wounds, looks around the cellar doing his best to not trip over the dead creatures at his feet. Looking in the crates Robillard realizes his initial observations were correct. Foodstuff fills every crate and barrel with cloth stacked towards the far end of the cellar. Not deterred easily, especially after shedding blood for this endeavour, Robillard examines the areas beneath some of the barrels and the walls. The barrels have scratch marks and some are broken open, likely because of the former occupants, and the walls look old and decrepit with moss covering the moist surface; all save one. The wall at the far end of the cellar is not covered in moss and, upon a cursory inspection, the bricks are clearly newer than those on the other walls.
