DekaruThe continued adventures of not Vikings
#97
As Robillard continues to mumble to himself Gwain does his best to find an easy way through the wall to no avail. Whoever had laid the bricks had sealed it flush against the wall and the mortar is fresh enough to not be showing any cracks. This freshness is in clear contrast to the masonry of the other walls in the cellar confirming his brothers suspicions. Themis knows how long it would take to chip the wall down piece by piece and Robillard is in no condition to be attempting breaking it down (if he even could at full strength. Truly, it would take an individual of monstrous strength to break a brick wall down singlehandedly. As Gwain ponders this he realizes that it’s only a matter of time before some of the soldiers come poking around.
