Thistle jumps at the sudden hand on her shoulder and turns around, freezes, and backs away a little as politely as she can. 

"Sir, I didn't see you there. Gwain is fine but
Rob threw himself into a cellar full of monsters and got hurt real bad. He lost a lot of blood and really needs a medic." Thistle pauses, uncertainty. "Is there anyone here who is good with patching up animals? The cat got hurt as well."
