Apparently the first title to be released in Japan and America at the exact same time.

OOOOO BABY, it's gonna be fun to see if this connects with Umineko or Higurashi
Did Ryukishi draw the characters himself again? It seems like his art style's improved to the extent that it's actually decent.

Also remains to see how it will connect, takes place after ww3 so they might all be dead.

Oh yeah I didn't notice the hands, maybe that's why they have those power gauntlets, to cover them up.
