Peons,
I am now looking to acquire a new cellular telephone, with the usual severe budgetary restrictions - do not suggest anything over $0 $200. Under 100 would be preferred. It should also be unlocked as I'm using a somewhat off-the-beaten-path service.
I would like your opinions on the LG G3.

I have a G3 play and I like it alot. I originally got it because it is able to play fgo without any issue. I bought mine for about 100 unlocked from newegg a year ago.

I'll admit phones aren't my forte, so I do tend to get confused about them by name alone. But seems to be a big asking price for a phone, but I'm not one to talk, I once bought a ps2 game set for 200 bucks

Real question is, what exactly are you going to use the phone for, and is there a cheaper option that can fulfill those needs?

Well my most immediate desire is to play FGO without it crashing every few minutes or hogging all of my internal storage(a paltry 2gb) so I can actually install other apps. From there the sky's the limit. Snapchat, Duolingo, temperature sensor to name a few.
Other reason is to end this wretched two-phone system I have going on. I have one phone (LG Optimus Fuel) for doing actual phone things like making calls and texting, and the other (LG Optimus Exceed 2) with no service for apps and games. Both of them suck, the app phone just sucks a bit less. So it's gotta have dank specs and be compatible with my carrier, Tracfone, which I know is kind of a lame carrier but I have a metric shitton of prepaid resources (probably worth more than the phone itself) already loaded on it that I'd like to keep.
Also this really shouldn't need to be said but an SD card slot for expandable storage, miss me with that Nexus 6P bullshit.

Yeah I've seen that list, and chose the G3 specifically because it's both on that list and a list of compatible phones with my carrier.
I happened to find another deal for it on ebay for $50 and decided to take it, it's arriving in about 4 days. Will keep ya posted.

UPDATE: Just arrived a few days ago. It's verizon which as long as it was out before February 2018 should be unlocked by default. Checked the IMEI on tracfone's website and it said it's compatible.
