Man oh man, do I have a lot to say about this movie. I'll save most of it for the off chance anyone replies.

It's no exaggeration that I have been waiting for six whole years for Infinity War, ever since the original Avengers film. And now, it's finally here....the Thanos Boom!
Marvel's The Avengers: Infinity War is the big bang big screen multiversal crossover of the MCU, featuring every single protagonist from every Marvel movie of the past decade.
That means metal man, shield man, shrinky-dinky tinky-winky man, groot, and all those other mans, you know?
The original premiere date was shifted up from May 4th to April 23rd in a (likely rehearsed) publicity stunt involving RDJ asking nicely.
First trailer:
And the new trailer, which just hit today/yesterday:
It's continuity porn at its finest, so I'd strongly recommend watching as much of the previous films as possible beforehand.

I wish they would just end the series after these last two avengers movies. But on the other hand, if they stop with this cast they will probably try and bring in the current marvel line up which is failing in new and exciting ways.

As to watching the other movies, I would have to watch Spiderman and Black Panther, never got around to watching those because not going to waste the gas.

Infinity War was planned to happen since the very beginning so no such luck there. But the first two Avengers movies were directed by Joss Whedon and he's not involved with the MCU anymore (besides Agents of Shield), so the "Whedon series" is effectively over. Infinity War and its untitled sequel are directed by the Russo brothers who have done a pretty good job handling the canon continuity, as they also did Winter Soldier and Civil War which are IMO are the best films in the franchise.

I have to ask, out of all the movies why Spoodermin? This is like the 3rd reboot in a row with a new lead actor back in high school for more awkward teenage shenanigans.

Because as I said above, never saw them in theaters. Though that didn't stop me from making spiderman vs Batman cracks leading up to the release of the film. Also didn't mean end them after avengers 2, meant after infinity war they end the mcu.

Your not like me who has to drive 60 miles to go to a movie so you should just go when you have time.

Will say this though, they succeeded in making a villain who is sympathetic, and may not be wrong. Also his twisted ideal reminded me a little bit of a certain Hero of Justice from Zero, anything else I will say no more because it may be spoilers.
