Well if its anything like then R6S starter edition you get a couple free heroes then have to paya little more than other people to get the other characters.

Nope just checked, it's no longer available. Will start being sold for 14.99 and will take 8-15 hours to unlock one character.

Edit: Change that you can still get it, just not from the store have to go to the free games section of your library.

Yeah they're doing it again, they can give away as many copies of starter edition because it's so limited and exploitative, you have to grind twice as much for the same unlocks.
