Started watching it recently, this show gives us a little window into the Clock Tower mage's association in London through the eyes of ya boy, Waver Velvet. I gotta say it's somewhat refreshing to see a Fate series without any saberfaces (unless you count Gray) or Grail War going on.
- As other commenters have noted, Gray calls Waver "shishou" but it's subtitled as "sir". I'm not sure that's the best translation...
- Reines seems way too young to be Kayneth's sister. I really like that mercury maid that accompanies her though.
- Couple of characters from Apocrypha show up, I'm not sure how to feel about that as it basically cements Apocrypha in the canon.
- Does everybody and their mom have Mystic Eyes of some kind?

Ported from the old forum: http://churchofproz.forumotion.net/t1245-cc-tier-list
Disables (Or CC, Crowd Control) are essential to keeping your enemies locked down and ensuring a battle goes your way. This list's purpose is to aid in picking a team comp that can peel and initiate effectively, and can interrupt channeled abilities like Drain or Death Lotus.
Soft = Blind, Slow, Silence Roots are kind of in between as you can still attack and use non-movement spells. Hard = Stun, Taunt, Charm, Fear Immutable = Knockup, Knockback, Suppression. These types of CC deserve a special mention as they cannot have their duration reduced by Tenacity or be removed via Cleanse/QSS. ST = Single Target, as opposed to AoE
I value hard CC more as it can interrupt channeled spells and really lock down your opponents. Cancelling an ultimate can be a huge power play and make the difference between a fight you win and a fight where you get blown up.
|S| God Tier: 4 disabling moves. The most lock-downy chumps in the game.
- Nautilus - Snare(on hit), Pull, AOE slow, AOE knockup. No longer the CC King

- Sejuani - Knockup, slow, 2 stuns
- Xin Zhao - that's right, he has 4 now: knockup, AOE knockback, and 2 slows.
|A| Great Tier: 3 disabling moves, with at least one of them hard like a stun or knockup. If one of these guys gets ahold of you, you probably won't be doing much for a while. Picking one of these guys is always a good idea.
- Zac - Slow, knockback, knockup
- Lissandra - Slow, Snare, Stun
- Jarvan IV - AOE Knockup, AOE slow, Wall
- Anivia - AOE slow/stun, Wall, toggled AOE slow
- Thresh - Pull, Directional AOE stun and slow, AOE slow
- Leona - ST snare, ST stun, AOE stun/slow
- Blitzcrank - Pull, ST knockup, AoE silence
- Lulu - piercing slow, Polymorph, AOE knockup
- Janna - ST slow, AOE knockup, AOE knockback
- Nami - ST slow, 2 AOE knockups
- Zyra - AOE snare, AOE knockup, plants slow
- Braum - Slow, Stun, AOE knockup
- Sion - Slow and 2 knockups
- Ekko - Slow, 2 AOE slow fields, one of which can be turned into an AOE stun.
- Gragas - AOE Slow, ST Stun, AOE knockback.
- Galio - AOE taunt, 2 AOE knockups
- Maokai - ST root, AOE slow/knockback, AOE root
- Ornn - Lots of knockups and slows
- Poppy - Slow field, knockback, super AOE knockup ult
- Nunu - 1 knockup, 2 slows
- Urgot
- Alistar
- Taliyah - Although in practice, she's not so good as her wall can easily harm your team more than it helps. It's similar to Bard's ultimate in that respect.
- Gnar (Mega Form)
|B|Good Tier: 2 disabling moves, 1 or more of which is hard
- --Silence and Stun--
- Malzahar
- Fiddlesticks
--ST Stun and AoE Slow--
- Singed - it's singed, the most troll character in video game history. Now with a snare combo
- Volibear - melee range aoe slow
- Skarner - low cd slow, but its melee
- Ashe - An always on permaslow
- Xerath
- Jayce
--AoE Stun and ST Slow--
- Shaco - Jack in the Box is very situational but can be devastating in skilled hands.
- Sona
- Malphite
--AoE Stun, AoE Slow--
- Vel'Koz
- Ziggs
- Fizz
- Cassiopeia
- Orianna
- Lee Sin - like with Tristana, he can get multiple if he aims right and gets lucky
- Aatrox
- Kalista - If applied right
- Azir - Knockback in his ult.
- Syndra
- Heimerdinger - Upgraded Grenade or Turret
- Shen
- Akali
--2 stuns--
- Amumu - His ult doesn't prevent casting but it can still shut down an entire team
- Hecarim
- Vi
- Aurelion Sol
- Warwick - point blank AOE fear
- Rakan
- --Other--
- Darius - His hook doesn't stun but it does interrupt channels.
- Morgana - Snare, AOE slow+stun
- Rammus - Long taunt and very small AoE knockback on powerball
- Yasuo - AoE knockup and knockup extension
- Cho'Gath - AOE stun+slow, AOE silence
- Soraka - AOE slow, AOE silence+snare
- Tahm Kench - yum yum eat em up. One stun and tongue lash can be either a stun or slow.
- Ivern - ST Snare, AOE slow
- Kled - ST pull, ST knockback
- Yorick - Circle wall, AOE slow
- Mordekaiser
- Irelia
- Qiyana
- Bard - depending on the situation stasis can be better or worse than a stun.
|C| Okay Tier: 1 hard disable or 2 soft. With this much you can hold your own in the team comp and are more likely to win duels.
- --2 Slows-- 1 single target, 1 AoE
- Rumble
- Trundle
- Gnar (Mini Form)
--2 AoE Slows--
- Gangplank
- Vladimir
--Blind and Slow--
- Teemo
--Snare and Slow-- may be split based on which abilities are AoE
- Rengar - situational combo by timing ferocity meter
- Caitlyn - traps are situational but good for map control
- Lux
- Swain
- Varus
- Jinx
- Jhin
- Karma - as per the rework
--Melee stun--
- Renekton
- Udyr
--Range stun-- It can be used from a range, Pantheon's is a gap closer but still
- Ahri
- Brand
- Elise
- Nocturne - Very low range, potentially moved due to fear rework(nerf)
- Pantheon
- Twisted Fate
- Evelynn
- Quinn - although it's mostly a slow, her E does stun for a very brief moment.
--ST Snare--
- Xayah
- Ryze
--AOE stun-- Annie and Kennen - They may have both a single target and an AOE stun, but they can effectively only use one of the two at any given time.
- Draven - pretty much
- Jax
- Riven
- Taric
- Tristana - It can hit multiple units if they are clumped
- Veigar - it's on a delay and only stuns if they pass through
- Viktor - kind of weird but if used right works like this.
- Wukong - Uncleansable
- Rek'Sai - Uncleansable but in a rather small area
- Kayn (Rhaast)
- --Other--
- Shyvana - A giant push
- Diana - Vacuum Stomp
- Leblanc - 2Chainz (Slow into Snare)
- Kassadin - rework removed silence on his Q, but it can still interrupt channeled abilities
- Zoe - SLEEPY TROUBLE BUBBLE!!!
- Fiora - some slows
- Vayne - knockback/stun
|D| Meh Tier: Has one soft CC ability.
- --Silence--
- Garen
--ST Slow--
- Mundo - spammable
- Kayle
- Nasus - Although it's very nearly a root
- Talon - can hit more than one
- Illaoi
- Kindred
--AoE Slow--
- Graves - field, reduces vision
- Karthus - wall, shreds magic resistance
- Kha'Zix - most people take the spike rack evolution
- Kog'Maw
- Miss Fortune
- Olaf - Since it can hit multiple enemies, but its not likely.
- Tryndamere
- Twitch
- Zed - Same as Olaf
- Kayn (Shadow Assassin)
|E| Trouble tier: These champions have no disables whatsoever. Most of them have some sort of niche/gimmick like extreme damage or mobility. I strongly advise against picking them if your team is lacking in hard disables. Essentially if you pick one of these champions and fail to carry/do damage, you are completely useless. I speak from personal experience so feel free to mock me. I'll list what their gimmick is.
- Corki - (magic) damage
- Ezreal - damage
- Katarina - damage, shunpo reset dashing
- Lucian - damage
- Master Yi - extreme splitpushing, is also the original dunkmaster
- Nidalee - choice to build ap or ad with alternate form, including traps and the OP as hell javelin toss. She has lots of utility, it took me a while to realize none of her moves have crowd control.
- Sivir - extreme waveclearing
- Kai'Sa
--Related Notes--
Champions with high impact channeled spells: [Fiddlesticks(drain + ult), Master Yi(meditate), Nunu(snowball + ult), Katarina, Malzahar, Miss Fortune] - If you see one of these guys on the other team you definitely want at least one champion who is C Tier or greater(or has a silence) on your team.
[Twisted Fate, Shen, Galio, Karthus, Caitlyn, Xerath, Jhin] - Interrupting one of these guys' ults will also have a huge impact but usually they will be channeling outside of your reach. If you get a chance though, take it.
Champions with some form of CC immunity: Olaf, Master Yi, Fiora, Morgana, Sivir, Nocturne
Yi has slow immunity which means anyone D tier and below cannot deal with him alone unless they can somehow out-damage him. Sivir, Noc and anyone who buys Banshee's Veil will have a spell shield to negate a single disable, hence the value in having multiple disabling moves.

Do you use the Internet, social media, search engines, or play online video games? No? Then this won't be useful at all, because it's just a bunch of line graphs for many popular web services showing roughly how many issues they've had over the past 24 hours.

Decided I'd take a long hard look at my enjoyment of this accursed genre, across both anime and mango. This only includes stuff I've actually seen, if you want a series here either post it yourself or request I watch it.
Trash Tier: How to not Summon a Demon Lord - This physically hurt to watch.
Meh Tier: Exterminator Overlord Black Healer I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 years and maxed out my level. GATE: Thus the JSDF fought there Instant Death [light novel] 12 Beast
Good Tier: Log Horizon That Time I Reincarnated as a Slime Youjo Senki Dungeon Nursery Dungeon Defense
Great Tier: Re:Zero KonoSuba The Ride-On King [the one with Putin] Digimon [yeah, this is apparently considered an isekai so here's where I'd put it] Inuyasha [ditto]
GOD Tier: Do you love your mom and her two hit multi-target attacks? - jk, not really. it was an interesting read though.

Ever wonder what kind of hardware your prebuilt PC was running on? Unsure of whether you got the parts you ordered for your dream machine? Get all these, and you'll know everything there is to know about what goes on inside your computer. Unless you're a disgusting Mac user, in which case you suck, or you use something weird like Solaris or Unix, in which case you probably already know how to find out all this stuff. In case it's not clear, this is mostly for Windows users.
CPU-Z: A hardware scanning tool that reports real time information on your CPU, RAM, Mobo, GPU, and their clock speeds. It's a bit more in depth and specific than AIDA32 or AIDA64 http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
GPU-Z:In the same vein as CPU-Z but surprisingly enough by a different developer(convergent evolution in software naming?), this tool specifically scans and analyzes your graphics card. It reports helpful statistics like ongoing GPU load, frequency and VRAM usage. https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/
SpeedFan: Great tool for measuring the temperatures of your machine's most critical components, including processors and hard disks. It displays system fan speeds, and also allows fan control if you have custom case fans installed in your desktop. http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php
SysInternals Process Explorer: This motherlode of programs is essentially Task Manager on steroids. You can set process priorities without having to go through UAC every time, which is already a plus in my book. It lets you kill processes, see what their dependencies/children are, log users out, and view graphs of obscure statistics like GPU committed bytes and IO delta. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/processexplorer.aspx
HWiNFO: This tool does pretty much everything that CPU-Z, GPU-Z and SpeedFan do and more, so you could technically just get this one and skip out on the rest. I think it's rather cumbersome in comparison and sometimes you have to click through a lot of menus to get to the information you want. https://www.hwinfo.com/
